TYPES OF COACHING
Group coaching for adults is available on Tuesday evenings at 7.30pm and Thursday mornings at 10am. 6 Week terms are run throughout the year. A variety of innovative coaching programs are provided covering technical, tactical, physical and psychological topics so that there is something for everybody.
Adult group coaching is open to members and non-members.
Group coaching for juniors is available in the afternoons from Monday to Thursday and at various times on a Saturday depending on the season. Terms run alongside the three school terms and take breaks during mid-term and school holidays.
Multi-Sport Summer Camps centred around tennis take place in July and August for ages 4 - 12. The focus is on fun, fitness and teamwork.
A child who starts playing tennis at an early age develops essential motor and coordination skills as well as setting them on a path to playing a sport for life. Tennis can also help improve a child's self-esteem and teaches them how to handle themselves under pressure, how to be strategic and how to be aware of their surroundings and situations. Lessons are provided for ages 4 and up and for beginners up to performance players.
Junior group coaching is available for members and non-members.
Private coaching is available at CRLTC for members and non members. Advantages of private lessons:
