To apply for membership to CRLTC please fill out the form below. Once your application has been processed we will be in touch with further details. Minimum sign up is one year with subscription payments to be made monthly or annually via our club management app Str8 Sets.

    Please include name and date of birth of membership applicant. In case of multiple applicants (eg family) include details of each applicant on separate lines. Please include email and mobile numbers for any applicants over 18. For junior membership applications please include parent/guardian email and mobile number.
